Office suppliers : we will only need basics - pen, pencil, fax paper, printer and printer ink. Overall it will cost 501.28 euro. We are buying once a year because that way we are saving on a distribution (transport).

Advertising : about communication, we will only pay for some flyers. Behind these flyers, there’s a map of Barcelona which shows the location of the gymnasium. The price of one thousand flyers is 54 euros without taxes.

Salaries : the project won’t integrate salaries, we will work only with volunteers. However, we need to pay for the water used for showers. We will also offer users some clean clothes after they take a shower. We will get these clothes from donations.

Utilities: for water and electricity we will be paying around 420 Euros per month. This would be water used for showers, and electricity used for lights, heating, and air conditioning during summer.

Rent: This will be the biggest cost because it is a good location and it will be a big space. We have estimated rent at costing around 1000 Euros per month. However we have the receptionist. We will be having this low price due to the fact that the gymnasium will not be making money during Monday and Thursday which is when we want to be giving our service. (those days have the lowest customers) + this project is for non profit - good image for the gymnasium. Probably in the future we will be using it for free.

Shampoo and other hair supplies: 5 euros for 1L of shampoo and 5 euros for 1L of conditioner = 1 hairdresser → we have 2 = 20 Euros. Then in shower - 6 shower rooms → 60 euros. 80 euro per day. We do this service twice a week. 160 euro per week and per month will be 640 Euro
TOTAL COST : 1129 EUROS
Monthly payments = 1000 + 430 + 640 = 2,070 euro per month (each month)
Then payment of 4 months will be → 2,070 * 4 = 8,280 Euro
Per year that will be → 8,280 * 3 = 24,840 Euro + 501.28 = 25,341.28
Total price per year = 25,341.28 Euro
