Anyone can go to the reception and book an appointment for a shower and/or haircut. They will be asked a few questions about their living conditions, and if they are eligible for the free services (25-45 years) and then they will be provided with a number to wait in line.

Moreover, we will establish simple ground rules, that are as follows:

• Respect each other

• Help each other if possible

• No shouting

• They have to wait their turns - no cutting lines

• All their belongings must be put in a locker (to establish organized and professional environment)

• Homeless people can return

  • For shower - once a week

  • For haircut - once in 2 or 3 month depending on their haircut

• Take only 1 deodorant per person

• The receptionist will be taking names
